Woman demanded sex from teens for drugs
A five-month investigation has led to the arrest of a Gresham woman for providing drugs and alcohol to teenagers and then demanding sexual acts in return, detectives said.

Gresham Police Department detectives said Jennifer Lynn Wills, 30, befriended boys and girls between the ages of 15 and 17, provided drugs and alcohol, and then sexually abused them.
Two juveniles came forward and told police about the incidents, leading to an investigation that resulted in additional victims being discovered, police said.
Wills allegedly provided marijuana and alcohol to at least five underage victims. She then demanded sex from them afterward, according to detectives, who believe there may be many additional victims.
The defendant, who is confined to a wheelchair, preyed on young runaways, who would often stay with her at her apartment on NE 17th Avenue in Gresham, the investigation revealed. She has lived in Gresham for the last two years and was a resident of Southwest Portland prior to that.
Wills was not medically prescribed marijuana, detectives said.
Wills was charged Thursday with six counts of sex abuse, three counts marijuana delivery to a minor and three additional counts of alcohol delivery to a minor.
